This one is vegan banana cake with flaxseed.

I made noodles as well! Gui-yi (who is usually the cook) had to leave early, so she told me to make some noodles using the leftover soup from lunch.
I added chopped carrots and some edamame along with the noodles for more nutrients. It was delicious!
